The following students are qualified TDP beneficiaries based on the official list of names provided.

📌 REQUIREMENTS

Qualified TDP beneficiaries are required to submit the following:

1. 2 copies – TDP Application Form
Available at the Finance Office
2. 2 copies – Certificate of Registration (COR), 1st Semester AY 2026–2027
Available at the Registrar’s Office
3. 2 copies – Barangay Certificate of Indigency
4. 2 pieces – Updated 2×2 ID Picture

📍 SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

Submit all complete requirements to the Finance Office.

Deadline: September 17, 2026

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Only students whose names are included in the List of Qualified TDP Beneficiaries are allowed to submit the required documents.

Please be informed that the Guidance Office will conduct an Information Education Campaign focusing on:

• Mental Health Awareness
• Su***de Prevention
• Gender-Based Sexual Harassment Awareness
• Anti-Bullying Law Awareness

📅 Date: September 14, 2026 (Monday)
📍 Venue: MIST Campus, in front of the Agriculture Department
⏰ Whole-day activity

All First-Year and Transferee BPA students are excused from their regular classes on the scheduled date to allow them to fully participate in the activity.

All Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) students are hereby informed that the First Semester Midterm Examinations will be held on September 4, 5, 7, and 9, 2026.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTICE ON THE UPDATED SCHEDULE

Please be informed that there are changes to the previously posted examination schedule. All students are advised to disregard the previous schedule and follow the newly updated schedule moving forward.

📌 REMINDER FOR SEPTEMBER 5

The September 5 examination schedule is intended for part-time law practitioners/instructors, although this date was not indicated in the previously posted schedule. Students concerned are advised to wait for further instructions from their respective instructors regarding the subjects and examination arrangements.

All students are required to wear their complete and proper school uniform during the examinations.
