The search is on for “UNIVERSITY QUEEN PHILIPPINES 2017"

A. QUALIFICATIONS
Each college/University will have one representative for UQP 2017.

1. A bonafide student of the college/University in any year level;
2. Must be single without a child;
3. Must not be more than 25 year old this year.
4. The candidate must be at least 5ft 5-inch in height
5. Has never won any major title (including 1st and 2nd Runner-up) in any national, or international beauty pageants;
6. Will have to secure written endorsement from her respective college dean and signed waiver forms (Endorsement and waiver forms will be given to the candidate who will pass the screening)
7. Must be able to attend all scheduled activities and rehearsals. Accommodation and Foods will be provided by the organizers)
8. Any College/University all over Philippines can join the pageant.
Only 50 schools or 50 candidates will be moving on to the coronation night and other set of activities.

PAGEANT GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS:

This will be participated in by representatives from the different Colleges & Universities all over Philippines. The respective School will choose their representative according to the set of criteria.
The candidates will compete on the following categories. 1. SwimWear competition; 2. Casual Wear competition; 3. Talent competition; 4. Gown competition; and 5. Question & Answer Portion.
(Note: Casual and Swimwear will be provided by the organizers)

Screening Date: Will start on The 3rd week of August 2017 till end of September 2017. Venue to be announced.

Coronation: End of Noverber or 1st week of December. Final Date will be announced soon.
