On December 11, 2025, we proudly celebrated the graduation of Professional Directors Program (PDP) Batches 87 and 88, together with some graduates from Batches 86 and 84, at Seda Hotel, Makati City.

This milestone marks the successful completion of the 3rd and 4th PDP batches for the year, reflecting our graduates’ strong commitment to advancing good corporate governance and board leadership.

As we close this chapter, we look forward to welcoming you to more ICD programs and initiatives in the coming year. Together, let us continue building better boards and shaping a stronger future for governance excellence.

As the year draws to a close, we will be taking a short holiday pause to allow our team time to rest, recharge, and enjoy meaningful moments with their loved ones.

In line with long standing tradition, our office will be closed from December 20, 2025 to January 4, 2026, with regular on-site operations resuming on January 5, 2026.

Last December 3, 2025 at the Makati Shangri-La, the Institute of Corporate Directors proudly recognized this year’s ICD Life Fellows.

The Life Fellow distinction honors remarkable individuals who have stood with ICD through decades of service—Fellows who have been part of the Institute for twenty years, and Trustees who have completed nine consecutive years of service, three full terms, or have met distinguished qualifications approved by the ICD Board.
