The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) proudly announces the Top 20 Semi-Finalists of this year’s ‘Sine Kabataan!’

These shortlisted projects will take part in a series of film labs and workshops designed to further their craft and develop their stories. A pitching session will follow, from which 10 finalists will be selected to receive a production grant for their short films.
