We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Full-Time Admin Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. Qualified candidates must be able to work at both our offices located in Makati and QC.

𝙍𝙀𝙌𝙐𝙄𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎:

Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Must possess strong communication skills to handle client inquiries professionally

Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using platforms like Meta, WhatsApp, and TikTok

Must be able to work at the office (onsite) five days a week

𝘕𝘖𝘛𝘌: Prior administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a great attitude, a customer-centric mindset, and a willingness to learn.

We are looking for FULL-TIME English language trainers to join our dynamic and growing team. Qualified candidates must be able to work at both our offices located in Makati and QC.

𝙍𝙀𝙌𝙐𝙄𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎:
- Must have high English proficiency and strong communication skills
- Must speak English fluently with American accent preferred
- Must be able to work at the office (onsite) five days a week (some WFH set up required)

𝘕𝘖𝘛𝘌: Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a great attitude, willingness to learn, and a good level of English proficiency with American accent.

𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙋𝙊𝙉𝙎𝙄𝘽𝙄𝙇𝙄𝙏𝙄𝙀𝙎:
- Provide classroom and online (group or individual/private) instructions to students

They say time flies when you're having fun, and this past Friday, July 3rd, was proof! 🚀 Our "ELEVATE. CELEBRATE." night at the Greenbelt Mansion was absolute magic. From the incredible energy in the room to the massive smiles on everyone's faces, it was an evening we won't forget anytime soon. 🥂

More than anything, Friday reminded us of how incredibly lucky we are to have such a supportive, passionate, and vibrant community at the American Institute for English Proficiency. We didn't just throw a party; we created lasting memories and launched beautiful new beginnings together. 💙❤️
