Lesson: reverse the PCOS or hormonal imbalance as soon as able for all child bearing age moms. Reversing entails the reduction of white processed foods (sugar, alcohol, chips, carby foods, fast food, breads etc), stop eating additives and preservatives, check personal products for chemicals, have great stress management techniques, good sleep, p**p daily for good detox of these excess things and build a lean muscular body to improve estrogen-testosterone balance. PCOS is not a lifelong issue you can work to rebalance it.
