✨ SOT EDCON 2026: BREAKING BARRIERS ✨

Our Supervisors and Administrative Staff were blessed with the opportunity to attend this year’s School of Tomorrow EDCON, held at Tagaytay Summit Hotel, with the theme:

🌟 BREAKING BARRIERS 🌟
📖 “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?” — Isaiah 43:19 KJV

This year’s EDCON was a meaningful time of learning, fellowship, encouragement, and renewed vision as educators and school leaders gathered together to be equipped and challenged in their calling.

As we continue to face new challenges in Christian education, may we remain faithful and courageous—willing to step beyond limitations, embrace new opportunities, and trust God as He leads us into a new thing. 🙏

We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and bring home valuable insights that will help us serve our students, families, and school community even better.

🎶 NSC MUSIC CATEGORY: PRACTICE IN PROGRESS! 🎶

Our NSC Music participants continue to give their best as they prepare for the upcoming competition! 💪🎵

From Small Ensemble to Large Ensemble, our students are working hard through continuous practices—developing their musical skills, teamwork, discipline, and confidence. Every rehearsal is another step toward improvement! 🎼👏

We are grateful for the dedication of our students, coaches, and everyone supporting them along the way.

Let’s continue to pray for our NSC athletes and musicians as they prepare. May they use their God-given talents for His glory! 🙏✨

🏠❤️ A Blessed Time of Visitation

Last week, our PLC Staff had the opportunity to visit the Maliwanag Family. It was a wonderful time of fellowship, encouragement, and sharing God’s love with one another. 🙏

We are thankful for opportunities like this to strengthen relationships, encourage families, and remind one another of the importance of walking together in faith.

May the Lord continue to bless and strengthen the Maliwanag Family, and may He use every visitation to be a source of encouragement and blessing. ❤️

🏃‍♂️🌧️ NSC ATHLETES TRAINING — RAIN OR SHINE! 💪

Despite the heavy rain, our NSC athletes pushed through with their training today on the Bethany grounds, together with Sir Joel! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Their dedication and determination remind us that champions are built not only on sunny days, but also through the challenging ones. 💪🔥

We continue to train, improve, and prepare for the upcoming National Student Convention (NSC)! 🏆

A message to our BBA families

The continuous suspension of classes these past few days due to the heavy rains has certainly affected our regular school schedule. While these interruptions can make it challenging for students to keep up with their PACES, we are grateful for everyone’s patience, understanding, and cooperation during this time.

Yesterday, some of our students had already arrived at school before the official suspension announcement was released. Rather than sending them away immediately, our teachers and staff gladly welcomed them, supervised them, and allowed them to work on their PACES so they could continue making progress while waiting for their parents to pick them up safely.

At Bethany Baptist Academy, the safety of our students will always be our top priority, but we also want to help them stay on track with their learning whenever possible. We appreciate the dedication of our staff who remained ready to assist our students despite the weather conditions.

Thank you, dear parents, for your continued support, prayers, and understanding. We pray for everyone’s safety during this season of heavy rains.

Our Grades 7–10 students had a productive and enjoyable time in their TLE class as they learned how to make Salted Egg and Pork Longganisa! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

This hands-on activity helped them develop practical food preparation skills, teamwork, and an appreciation for the value of hard work and learning.

A heartfelt thank you to Teacher JayVee for patiently guiding and teaching our students throughout this activity. Your dedication and expertise made this learning experience both meaningful and memorable.

We are proud of our students and grateful for teachers who inspire them to learn through experience.

As we prepare for this year’s NSC this October, our students are now busy training and sharpening their skills for the Music Category.

Under the guidance of Sir Dondi and Ms. Kim, both proud BBA Alumni, our participants are being equipped not only in musical excellence but also in discipline, teamwork, and confidence.

We thank God for alumni who continue to invest their time and talents in the next generation of BBA students. Your dedication is a blessing to our school community.
