In pursuit of fostering responsible leadership and strengthening the foundation of our organization, the STEM Society – Higher School ng UMak formally adopts its amended Constitution and By-Laws through Board Resolution No. 001, Series of 2026.

This resolution serves as the official affirmation of the organization’s guiding principles, governance structure, and operational policies. It reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and the continuous development of a student organization that upholds excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
