Welcome to Philippine Embalmers and Undertakers Review and Training Center, Department of Health accredited training institution. Our goal is to provide you with useful information about our review center and we do hope that it will be easier for you to communicate with us. PEURTC has been serving education to aspiring embalmers since October 2001. We specialize in theoretical, oral and practical reviews and trainings. Come and Join Us

OBJECTIVES

■ Promote the field of embalming by up grading the present standard set.

■ Prepare embalmers in a competitive manner of reviewing so as to get a higher turnover of passer for the licensure set by the Department of Health.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate; (At least eighteen (18) years old at the time of the examination)

2. Certificate of Good Moral Character from Barangay Captain of the community where the applicant resides;

3. Certification or Clearance from the National Bureau of Inverstigation or Provincial Fiscal that s/he is not convicted by the court of any case involving moral turpitude;

4. Medical Certificate from a Government physician that the applicant is fit to take the licensure examination;

5. Certified True Copy of Diploma or Transcript of Records; (At least High School graduate)

6. Marriage Contract of female married applicant;

7. Certification from an accredited training institution that s/he has received 140 hours of basic instructions in Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology and Parasitology, Sanitation & Hygiene, Ethics & Jurisprudence or certification that he/she has received instruction on the above subjects (except Ethics & Jurisprudence) from recognized school or college and a Certification of Training that he/she has skillfully embalmed at least 10 cadavers within one year period under his/her supervision;

8. Passport size photograph taken within the last six months (6 pcs. 1x1 & 6 pcs. 2x2)

Welcome to PEURTC, where we train the finest licensed embalmers.

Here’s everything you need to know about our course:

Licensure Exam: Held twice a year—March and September. Classes start in December for the March batch and June for the September batch.

Course Details: 140 hours of lectures and hands-on experience at funeral establishments over two months.

Enrollment: Ongoing! Bring your birth certificate, a 2x2 formal photo, and school records (Form 137, diploma or TOR) as initial requirements. Additional documents (NBI clearance, etc.) are needed before the exam.

Foreign Students: Different programs and tuition fees apply.

Tuition Fee: Check our website for the latest fee details.

Class Setup: Online classes via Zoom for your safety.

Greetings!

Welcome to PEURTC where we mold the best-licensed embalmers.
For Filipino aspirant, listed below are the information about the course we cater:
1. Licensure for Embalmers happens twice every year in the months of March and September. For the March batch, we start our program in December first week; in the September batch, we do cater aspirants starting early as June first week.
2. Embalming course needs 140 hours of lectures and exposures needed to be prepared for the Licensure. It takes 2 months of lectures inside the classroom and exposure in funeral establishments.
3. Enrollment is ongoing. You may bring a copy of your birth certificate and 2x2 ID picture in white background, wearing formal attire, as initial requirements. Additional necessary documents needed are to be submitted before taking the licensure exam are as follows: Diploma/ Transcript of Records (at least high school graduate), NBI Clearance, Cedula, Brgy. Certificate, Medical Certificate, among other supplemental papers to be discussed prior to filing.
4. Foreign students have different course programs and thus different tuition fees.

DURING THIS TIME OF PANDEMIC, WE PROVIDE LECTURES THROUGH ONLINE FORUM (ZOOM APP) FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY.
