As we embark on another year of our journey, we're thrilled to embrace our theme for this year: "Stronger". It's a reflection of not just where we are today but how far we've come together. Thirteen incredible years have passed since the inception of our organization, and each year has been a testament to our resilience, dedication, and unwavering spirit.

To our remarkable team - each one of you is the heartbeat of our organization. Your passion, your commitment, and your relentless pursuit of excellence have propelled us forward, even through the toughest times. Together, we've turned challenges into opportunities, and obstacles into stepping stones.

To our dear Mentor Diana Dimatera-Umali, as we celebrate a decade of your untiring service to the whole XTRM1-11 family, we remember you as someone who never gets tired on reaching out and serving a lot of people especially XTRM1-11 family. A woman of faith, courage, perseverance, and with a heart who never fails to lift other people in times of need.

You are a leader of compassion, who takes time to help without hesitation, and who takes the initiative to promote better change in the whole organization. Thank you for being an example of strength and determination, leading us towards courage to keep holding on the vision of XTRM1-11 and holding on our dreams.
