Manila, Philippines – May 2026 — The Philippine Society for Quality (PSQ) has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with World Opex, a global platform dedicated to advancing operational excellence, business excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, benchmarking, professional recognition, and knowledge exchange across industries and geographies.

The partnership marks an important milestone in PSQ's continuing efforts to strengthen its international collaborations and expand opportunities for Filipino quality and operational excellence professionals to engage with the global community.

Under the agreement, PSQ and World Opex will serve as strategic Knowledge Partners, working together to promote operational excellence, quality management, Lean, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), business excellence, and related professional disciplines through knowledge sharing, professional engagement, and collaborative initiatives.

World Opex has established itself as a recognized global platform that connects operational excellence practitioners, organizations, and thought leaders through awards, assessments, benchmarking, conferences, communities, publications, and professional development initiatives. The partnership provides PSQ members and stakeholders with greater access to international best practices, global networks, and emerging trends in excellence and transformation.

The agreement is strategic and non-commercial in nature, reflecting the shared vision of both organizations to promote excellence, continuous improvement, and professional development without financial obligations between the parties.

As PSQ continues its journey under the theme "Purpose-Driven Excellence," the organization remains committed to building strategic alliances that accelerate innovation, organizational excellence, and sustainable development both in the Philippines and beyond.
