Job Description:

Provide schedules for 100 individuals.
Accuracy and attention to detail are required.
Weekly output expected.
-Maintain center requirements of average speed of answer and Service Level as determined by management.
•Provide trending reports and suggest planning for forecast of calls.
•Proactively identifies areas for improvement in relation to call patterns and management of volumes.
•Utilize measures to identify Full Time Employee (FTE) requirements in various work groups.
•Work with Management team in relation to needs of team members for better utilization of skill sets.
•Work with Training team for forward thinking scheduling of training based on needs of team.
•Work on projects related to Workforce tools that will provide better understanding of processes as well as improvement to existing methods.
•Work with telephony team to ensure all Information Voice Recording (IVR) requirements are tracked and up to date. Provide requirements as requested by management for improvement and adjustments of voice and routing needs.
•Reports, projects and work as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or associated faculty highly desirable
• Knowledge of multiple ACD and PBX systems including: Basic call routing, reporting and Real Time Monitoring required.
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience required. Technical inbound experience a strong plus.
• Forecasting and Analysis experience required. Strong experience in TCS, Blue Pumpkin or other related scheduling software required.
• Understanding of Application and Skill volumes, AHT variable and Service Level Metrics required.
• Experience in 24 / 7 help desk with Service Level Agreement (SLA) responsibilities.
Experience in 100+ seat call center with focus on scheduling and forecasting requirements.
