.Net Developer Needed!

Abstract:
The purpose of this role is to provide full software lifecycle expertise to various internal teams. The Senior Software/Web Developer is expected to take responsibility for Software requirements capture and analysis, design, development, test, User Acceptance, installation and support for the Core components of the Company’s applications. The role will also cover some support and end user training.

Core Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide software estimates that accurately reflect the size and resources required of requested developments.
2. Undertake requirement capture activities to elicit requirements that accurately reflect the need of end users.
3. Undertake requirements analysis to provide initial software requirements that provide sufficient detail to allow on-going development.
4. Undertake design activities to develop sustainable software designs that can be communicated to other team members.
5. Implement software designs, taking into consideration Company and industry best practices.
6. Design and implement comprehensive tests, taking into consideration Company and industry best practices.
7. Design and implement User Acceptance tests, taking into consideration User imposed, Company and Industry standards.
8. Provide documentation to an appropriate level for the intended audience, taking into account that the audience may vary from internal peers to senior board level colleagues.
9. Ensure that all work adheres to company standards.
10. Act as a role model for more junior members of staff, providing technical guidance and the benefit of experience in assisting them to gain their objectives.
11. Provide second and third line product support where the need dictates.
12. Build relationships with all other areas of the business to assist the communication of concepts, ideas business and technical information.
13. Assist the Technical Team to provide flexible solutions that balance the technical and business needs of the Company.
14. Maintain an accurate record of progress using company tracking tools

Requirements:
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, C #, .NET, HTML, XML, ASP and PHP.

Customer Service Representatives Needed!

Job Overview:
Primary contact for the online players from different countries. This position implements the direct player marketing plans for Castletown Global Services brand of e-gaming products. It is tasked to effectively and efficiently handle all customer queries, issues, complaints and concerns on CGSI products, promotions, services and the customer’s deposits in order to drive increased play.

This is completed by providing excellent level of customer service thru email, on-line chatting and calls. Succeed by ensuring accurate assessment of customer needs and by providing highest level of customer satisfaction by quickly resolving and offering solutions to all player needs.

Roles/Responsibilities:
• Develop a close working relationship with the players
• Receive, assess, troubleshoot and resolve support requests for all online player needs and concerns thru email, chat and calls.
• Manage and track the resolution process for all customer issues, concerns and requests and proactively communicating to the customers of the status update or resolution if queries cannot be resolved on initial interaction.
• Login and classify all calls and requests for assistance
• Filter and escalate inquiries relating to other aspects of the CGSI business and handover to the appropriate department.
• Learn new products & increase one’s knowledge of the e-gaming gambling industry in order to better help the clients.
• Liaise with Affiliate, VIP, Marketing, Production and Accounting Teams to ensure swift resolution of any technical/support concerns and issues.
• Recognize and escalate recurring problems, inferior processes and/or outdated procedures to departments concerned.
• Understand the player and how they view our brands within the industry.
• Understand consumer play habits and drivers that produce incremental play and profitability
• Understand consumer and marketplace dynamics impacting the e-gaming industry
• Help define data requirements necessary and work within the company to build and or to obtain it.
• Communicate key issues and opportunities to management to influence programs and promotions decisions
• Recommend to management how best to allocate resources within the online e-gaming space.

Requirements:
• Candidate must be a graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent; or with at least four (4) years of college education.
• Min 2-3 years experience in handling gaming, technical, or product support agent role
• Min 2 years experience in handling telesales or account management support role
• Min 3 years experience in coaching and analysis for trainer and QA role
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Foreign Language skills in; German, French, Spanish a plus
• Must be flexible, hardworking and willing to work in varying work/shift schedules.
• Must be willing to work in Makati City.

Software Quality Assurance Engineer Needed!

Role Purpose:
A software QA engineer shall be responsible for testing web applications upon analyzing related requirement specifications document for new features or customizations to existing ones. The QA engineer shall design full coverage test cases and scenarios for the application under test and report final test results to project stakeholders as well as reporting software defects to application developers and third parties.

Core Job Responsibilities
• Analyse software requirements specification document and extract use cases
• Design QA scenarios and test cases
• Execute QA tests and report test results
• Document software defects, using Bugzilla, Taskfreak or designated templates
• Monitor bug resolution and follow up with bug reporting cycles
• Handle testing environment related setup and configurations
• Test upgrades
• Reproduce bugs reported by clients
• System testing; verify that new features integrate with existing functionalities
• Integration testing; verify that different systems interact successfully
• Provide application based trainings to other staff from different teams
• Designing, implementing and maintaining automation tests for the QA team using HP Quick Test Pro or similar automation tool

Role Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum three years of testing experience
