PUBLIC SERVICE Announcement
The ADA now recognizes a Low-Carb diet as a treatment option for Diabetes. Took them long enough, right?

Here is a 1-page announcement you can print out and take to your doctor. It will help wake him/her up, and get them off your back about eating KETO!!! This will give doctors the safety they need to stop hounding you that LCHF will Kill you!!! If you can't change your doctor with this, then you will need to change your doctor. They recommend less than 130grams/carbs daily, and that means 20 grams/day to me!

College girls scout...

"College ka na, girl scout pa din?"
"College na, wala ka man na ma kwa da"

Well through girl scouting, I learned to manage my time in college. And with my not-so-busy-college-sched (sarcasm) I had the time to travel to Cebu, Baguio, Tagaygay, and then Cebu, Cebu and Cebu. I met a lot of people, learned from the stories and experiences they had, and of course I got the chance to inspire others with my own stories too. Tapos yung free travel talaga. For those who are saying na, "daming badge, malaki siguro gastos nya." 😊 As long as you stay loyal and stay active, more opportunities will come talaga. Even opportunities for free, you just have to work hard.

So big thanks to GIRL SCOUTING. TITAAAAAS BALA JSKO HUHUHU AMBOT 😭😭😭

Wouldn't reach this far without all of you and all your motivations, advices and cheers. 💚 Thank you for always believing in my capabilities. Thank you for being a platform for me to prove that I am not "wala pulos". Thank you for being my 2nd home. Thank you for the opportunities, travels and experiences.
