Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick up according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Complete diary logs into inventory
Report any discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

Qualifications

High School diploma of equivalent preferred
Experienced as Warehouse man is much preferred
Good communication, organizational, time management, and good mathematical skills
Dependable and reliable
Inventory, Equipment Maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required

Credit Investigator

Conducts credit investigation through gathering of data from banks, bonding companies, cooperatives, other related entities and communities to check credit standing of loan applicants.
Conducts ocular inspection on residence and business or employment of loan applicants.
Conducts background investigation through gathering from residence, employment and character reference.
Prepares a written credit investigation and inspection report.
Assist on the collection and skip-tracing of current and past due accounts.
Submits accomplishment report at the end of the day pertaining to all matters assigned.
Gives recommendation for more efficient and effective credit investigation and appraisal.
Keeps abreast with issues and trends related to credit investigation, appraisal, annotation and others.
Relays information on current issues and new government regulations to improve lending policies, loans default risks, asset management and others.
