Gabbie practiced drawing lines by tracing the dotted lines. He traced vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines today. He also did some coloring with letters A and B.

"Good job" is ingrained in so many of us. So many of us heard it from parents, caregivers, teachers, and other adults in our lives. It's such a common thing to say to young kids.

Saying "good job" isn't inherently bad or wrong. But what if we acknowledged them in a more specific and meaningful way, instead? What if when we hear ourselves say "good job" we added one of these phrases next?

Often the intention behind "good job" is to try to communicate to that kiddo that we notice them. When we say it a lot though, it can start to feel like empty praise rather than genuine acknowledgment and connection.

WHAT IS HYPNOPEDIA? 🤔

It consists of talking to your child for 21 days in a row, while they are already in REM sleep (deep sleep). REM sleep is achieved approximately 2 hours after they have fallen asleep. When you speak to them, it’s important to do it with a soft tone. Talk about the purpose you want your child to achieve and always finish the sentence, with loving words, like “I love you”.

For example, if you want your child to not to be aggressive, or fight with his friends - while they sleep you whisper, “My love, tomorrow you will play nice and you will have so much fun sharing with your classmates, I love you so much".
