MAP is a Consulting Agency offering restorative and empowering Corporate Mindfulness & Well-Being Sessions at the workplace since 2017.

Our intention is to actively support the people who live, work, in a highly dynamic and often challenging urban environment.

We believe that offering your teams, regular restorative group sessions, custom workshops, can greatly assist many in cultivating a happier, richer, healthier, more productive, personal and professional life.
