Intindihin muna natin ano yung problema, bago tayo mag-jump to solution, yes? 😅
🤯 Ganun din sa design, sa code, or actually sa kahit anong work, applicable din!
Even though it seems like common sense, a lot of people still jump to creating solutions without UNDERSTANDING the problem first. Bakit kaya? Posibleng dahil:
💯 Wala na raw kasi time
💯 Excited i-try yung new technology
💯 May "expert" na sa team, alam na nya agad ih
💯 Di lang talaga aware na understanding ang first step
And more reasons.

😇 Don't hate. Educate.
Since naiintindihan na natin yung importance ng pag-intindi muna sa problem, let's do our best to make other people see the value of doing such thing. It takes... patience, a lot of PATIENCE. We know! It's not easy. But we can do it. At the end of the day, kindness wins 💛
👉🏼 If isa ka naman sa di pa nakakaintindi nun, it's okay also. Every moment is an opportunity to learn.
💕 We just have to be open to new things and slowly embrace the fact that it is only by truly CARING for our customers that we are able to provide them real value.
And that the first step to caring is LISTENING.
