The 2nd Year International Hospitality Management students successfully celebrated their Thanksgiving Party 2026, a meaningful gathering filled with gratitude, joy, and togetherness.

The celebration was made even more special as the students also marked the success of Hospitality Skills Excellence 2026, organized by BSIHM 2A, recognizing the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that made the event a success. 🍽️✨

During the Thanksgiving Party, fun and engaging games were also prepared and facilitated, bringing laughter, excitement, and stronger bonding among students as everyone enjoyed the celebration spirit. 🎮🎉

As a way of appreciation, Certificates of Appreciation were also awarded to the organizers in recognition of their effort, commitment, and dedication in successfully leading and organizing both events. 🤍👏

This gathering served as a reflection of the journey we’ve shared filled with challenges, growth, academic pressure, and unforgettable college experiences that shaped us into future hospitality professionals. More than just an event, it highlighted unity, friendship, and perseverance within the batch. 🍂✨

Last April 28, the afternoon session of Hospitality Skills Excellence 2026 brought an unforgettable celebration, featuring the highly anticipated 𝐈𝐇𝐌 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 and 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲, where students showcased talent, confidence, and excellence in a vibrant and meaningful program.

The session officially opened with an engaging 𝐀𝐕𝐏, setting the tone for a remarkable celebration, followed by an electrifying 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 that highlighted creativity, teamwork, and stage presence.

The 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐬, and 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 ensured a professional and well-structured flow of the program.

Last April 28, the Day 2 Morning Session of Hospitality Skills Excellence 2026 at the 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦 1103 transformed into a dynamic culinary classroom as students witnessed a professional 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 organized by 𝐁𝐒𝐈𝐇𝐌 2𝐀. The session focused on the preparation and elegant plating of 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞, giving students a closer look at real-world industry standards in action.

The session began with the introduction of the guest chef by 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐲 𝐅. 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐨, setting a warm and enthusiastic tone for an engaging and meaningful learning experience.

The highlight of the morning was the live demonstration by 𝐑𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐈. 𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐬, 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟, who showcased refined 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 cooking techniques, disciplined kitchen workflow, and professional plating artistry. Students were able to closely observe, learn, and gain valuable insights from his expertise and experience in the field.

An interactive 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 / 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫 session followed, allowing students to engage directly with the chef, ask questions, and deepen their understanding of culinary practices. This was followed by a 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 and the concluding of the morning session.

Day 1 of Hospitality Skills Excellence 2026 at 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐄𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐢 was a vibrant celebration of student talent, creativity, and true hospitality excellence. From the very first moment of registration and the ceremonial ribbon cutting, the venue was already filled with excitement, color, and carnival energy.

The program formally opened with an invocation and the National Anthem beautifully led by the 𝐂𝐄𝐔 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐢, setting a proud and meaningful tone for the event. Welcoming the crowd was 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐨, followed by 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐖. 𝐎𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐨, who presented the competition guidelines and introduced our panel of judges.

The spotlight then shifted to the much-awaited competitions that tested the students’ skills, speed, creativity, and professionalism:

The 4th IHM Students had the valuable opportunity to attend this event where they gained practical insights, career advice, and inspiration as they prepare to enter the professional world.
