After successfully completing the Capacity Building Phase, the participants of the Outreach Leadership Training Program (OLTP) are now entering the Practicum Preparation Phase.

In this stage, participants begin applying the knowledge and skills they learned in marketing, partnership building, risk management, event planning, and outreach evaluation. They are now working together to design and organize their outreach initiatives as preparation for their one-day outreach practicum.

This phase is an important step where learning turns into action, as future outreach leaders carefully plan programs that will create meaningful impact in the community.

Day 2 of OLTP concludes the capacity building phase and opens the door to what’s next!

After an engaging 2-day learning journey, the participants are now moving forward to a series of preparations for their practicum—the actual outreach program for their chosen beneficiary. From planning and organizing to coordinating and finalizing details, this next phase is all about turning knowledge into meaningful action.

The journey continues as they prepare to make a real and lasting impact in the community. 💙✨

On February 27, 2026, JPIA – Mapúa officially kicked off Day 1 of the Outreach Leadership Training Program (OLTP) in partnership with ICSI and Every Nation Campus.

JPIA has adopted OLTP—ICSI’s flagship program—as part of its leadership development training for its student leaders. Through insightful and engaging sessions, participants were equipped with essential leadership and management skills while deepening their heart for service.

More than just training, OLTP empowers leaders to create meaningful impact and champion sustainable growth in the communities they serve.
