Senior High School was certainly an adventure! Though there were ups and downs, you never knew when a low or a high would arrive. I had a good time even though it made me cry and snatched my soul away several times! Thank you for everything 06 fam, and to my group of friends, "Hi-Five" and “POV” I love you all. As the class president for the previous semester, I'd also want to recognize my officers. You have all done well; thank you for always being present and aiding me and our class; congratulations on all of your hard work and efforts; I am extremely proud of all of you.

I would also like to take this moment and say my gratitude toward our advisers Prof. Abigeyle Lalic and Prof. Ara Relingado - Gornal. Thank you po for all of your efforts and patience, as well as the different learnings you have told us, we assure you po that every lesson you have taught us we will bring on to the rest of our lives. Thank you also to our parents for your wisdom and patience during our senior year of high school. Grateful is an understatement of how thankful we are to each one of you. And, of course, to our Almighty God; we could never achieve such beautiful things without you, Lord; we can't thank you enough for all the blessings you have bestowed upon us; we adore and worship you. And lastly, To our beloved Alma Mater, UMAK!!! Thank you so much po for all of these great opportunities.

Message from ur vice president:

Hindi na ako gagamit ng purong ingles dahil maraming magrereklamo. Hindi ninyo ako kilala. Hindi ko kayo mahal 🤦 (sarkasmo kase). Kidding aside,

Pero nais ko kayong makitang nagsusumikap hindi lang para sa mga pangarap, kundi sa pagbubuti ng sarili. Hindi kayo ‘successful’ dahil lang nakamit niyo mga hinahangad ninyong mga career, kapag nakita ko kayo't nakausap mga ilang dekada na lumipas, hiling sa kalooban na sana may kakikitaan ako nang tuluyang pagbuo ng mga pagkatao ninyo. Sa pagsasalarawan, kung ano't sino kayo ngayon, bakas na ron ang pag-usbong ng bawat aspeto ng inyong pagkatao. Dahil kung hindi, hindi ko kayo papansinin, lol 🤨

Sakdal ang mga leksiyon na napaghulo ko sa pagiging senior high student maging ang ating mga naging g**o na nagsilbing gabay at sandalan, ma'am Ara at ma'am Lalic, mga lumipas na panahon at gawi'y lumaon bilang utang na loob kung kaya't kami nagpapasalamat. Pero wala naman kayong pake sa buong istorya kaya dako na tayo sa pinaka-esensiya. Sa mga natatanging pahayag:

(1) “Kung may itinuturo sayo na alam mo na, makinig ka lang”

- labis labis na ang gawain nating pagsara ng mga isipan dahil lang nagmamarunong tayo sa kaloob-looban pero dahil don kaya hindi na tayo natututo. Hindi lang iyan angkop sa mga leksiyon sa klase, sa buhay rin. Alam niyo na iyon dahil malaki na kayo. Ngunit, malay mo may bago pala sa luma na hindi pa natin nabibigyan ng pansin.

(2) “Ika'y isang nakakayamot na talata kung patuloy kang walang-kibo dahil lang sa komportable ka”

- laganap at hindi talaga maiiwasan ang pagbubuo ng mga pangkat sa pagitan ng isa't-isa. Alam natin iyon. Pero kung mananatili ka sa iisa o parehong lipon ng mga tao dahil malapit sila sa'yo't komportable ka sakanila, sa mga pangkatang gawain, sinasanay mo ang iyong sarili na magkaroon ng pagkiling kung ano lang ang gusto mong harapin. Pero nasasaiyo iyon kung nais mong maging bukas o hindi sa mga taong iyong nakakasalamuha. Sa literal na kahulugan, ganoon din ang ibig ipahayag ng prase.

(3) “Hindi lahat ay biro maging hindi lahat ay seryoso”

- ipapaliwanag ko pa ba? Hayaan ko na sa inyo ang hiling ng pahiwatig na ito.

“Hirap gawin pero madaling sabihin” Iyan ang badya ng karamihan. Maging ako naman pero iyang tatlo ang malimit kong isinasabuhay. Hindi marami ang mga kawili-wiling mga persona na nakaligtaan ko, kung hindi ko man kayo nakausap, ba't hindi niyo ako nilapitan? Lol. You've missed out on something. The "Ate" of STEM 06

I wasn't expecting na magiging ganto yung mangyayari sa buhay ko, naging balik aral student ako and feeling ko magiging out of place ako lagi lalo na't di ko kayo ka age and mas matanda ako sa iilan sa inyo ng ilang months. Proud akong naging 06STM ako at class treasurer nyo kahit napilitan talaga ko..Charing😅 Never nyong ipinaramdam sa'kin na naiiba ako. Despite the fact that we're about to part ways,I'm always available to listen, offer advice, and motivate you all.Love ko kayo and kung ano mang course or decision na tatahakin nyo, I'll continue to support you all! I will miss you guys! Goodluck in your college life and Congrats to us!!!😊

It was a lengthy journey. Yes, a very long journey indeed. It started out with a notification from my messaging app. "hiiii, sabi ni ma'am, ikaw daw yung temporary secretary natin. Hope to have a nice school year with you!!" From being a temporary secretary, an official vice president for a whole school year last 11th grade, a president for a semester and finally, your P.I.O for the very last semester of our senior high school life. Even though it was a very long and exhausting voyage, I managed to complete it with flying colors and had plenty of time to enjoy myself, enjoy my youth, and create and gather priceless memories with friends who were once complete strangers to me.

I never thought any of this would occur before I started my life as a senior high student. Being given a difficult task to do is both an honor and a responsibility. It meant that these people trusted me and that I had a duty to perform effectively in my role as a class officer. Feedback like "you bring people together!" and "you make our class gc lively!" as well as "you make me feel comfortable" made me realize that I actually done an effective job.

Now that our senior high school life has ended, I am wishing everyone a good start in your new journey. Cheers to us, the graduates of batch 2023. Thank you for the fun two years that we shared. This is Francezca Marianne Borja, signing off as your class Public Information Officer.
