⚠️ THE ANOMALY HAS AWAKENED ⚠️

Something is wrong with the signal.

A strange transmission has emerged from the digital realm—encrypted, fragmented, and guarded by an anomaly waiting to be uncovered.

🌀 JISSA-APC × Resecurity presents THE ANOMALY, a Jujutsu Kaisen-inspired Capture The Flag (CTF) experience where cybersecurity, strategy, and problem-solving collide.

Every challenge is a curse waiting to be exorcised.
Every flag is a secret waiting to be discovered.
Every clue brings you closer to the truth.

🔐 CRACK THE CODE.
🧩 SOLVE THE CHALLENGES.
⚔️ EXORCISE THE ANOMALY.

But beware—the deeper you go, the more distorted the signal becomes. Not everything is what it seems.

Your mission: Find the signal. Decode it. Break through the barrier. Claim the flag.

As a Microsoft Showcase School, we at Asia Pacific College (APC) are encouraged by the findings of Microsoft's 2026 Work Trend Index.

One insight stood out: Filipino workers are outpacing their global peers in AI-driven reinvention, with one in four Filipinos identified as "Frontier Professionals"—well above the global average. Even more inspiring, 65% of Filipino AI users identified critical thinking as the most important human skill in the AI era, the highest among all countries surveyed.

This reinforces what we have long believed at APC: AI is not about replacing people—it is about empowering people. The future belongs to those who can use AI responsibly while bringing uniquely human strengths such as critical thinking, creativity, leadership, communication, and ethical decision-making.

For our SoCIT students and alumni, this is a reminder that technical skills alone are no longer enough. The professionals who will thrive are those who continuously learn, adapt, and collaborate effectively with AI.

This is why APC continues to champion AI for All—integrating AI into teaching and learning through project-based learning, industry partnerships, and micro-credentials to prepare graduates who are not only AI-ready, but also workforce-ready and future-ready.

The future of work isn't just about AI. It's about people who know how to use AI to make a meaningful difference.

Congratulations to Microsoft on this insightful Work Trend Index, and congratulations to every Filipino learner, educator, and professional who is helping define the future of work.

Filipino workers are emerging as global leaders in AI adoption, with 25% qualifying as Frontier Professionals, according to Microsoft Work Trend Index 2026.

The ceremony officially begins with a warm welcome from Justin Ong of the School of Computing and Information Technology, who marked the start of today's commencement exercises with the line, "APC students are nothing if not adaptable. And I know that every one of us here is well-equipped to face the challenges ahead of us (just as we survived without Jollibee and Potato Corner)." As we gather to honor the achievements of the Class of 2026, may we take his words to heart and use them as a compass for the horizons ahead.

A glimpse into our Professional Ethics class, where learning extends far beyond the classroom.

We were honored to welcome our industry partner, Mr. Jomari Mercado, who shared valuable insights on what professional ethics truly looks like in the workplace. From workplace conduct and professional behavior to navigating ethical dilemmas and responding to misconduct, our students gained practical lessons grounded in real-world experience.

These authentic conversations help bridge the gap between the classroom and the workplace, giving students a clearer understanding of the expectations, challenges, and responsibilities they will face as future professionals.

At Asia Pacific College, we believe that preparing students for their careers means learning not only from textbooks but also from industry practitioners who have lived the experiences they share.

Real Projects. Real Learning. Real Professionals.
