Umaaraw, Umuulan by December Avenue is a song that tells us that even if it rains today (our day went horribly) but tomorrow, the sun can shine brightly (everything will be great) again as if the storm had never come our way. Hello everyone! November’s Institution here and we would like to share a brief history of how all of this happened.

I was just doing my own thing one morning when suddenly a friend chats me about her worsening mental health. She asked me for tips, advice, and guides on what to do just so she could feel somewhat better. After helping, her condition luckily stabilized and she told me “I hope more people can be as helpful as you”

And even I myself want that to happen

That’s why I made this institution in hopes to help those who are suffering from the shadow or give knowledge to their friend to hopefully help them feel better.

Mental health should not be a taboo subject; it should be normalized and treated normally so that everyone can be open about it. Together, we at November’s Institution hopes that we can at least help those suffering so that the world may become a better place.
