Do you know what a Gin Palace is?
In the 18th century, the British built shops specifically for gin. These shops were known as a "Gin Palace" and were luxurious bars for the high class.
The lower class would visit a "Public House" or "Pub" for beer. Pubs would be simple and dark since the lower class didn't care about the interior.

Celebrate our Nation's heroes and end your long weekend with a sweet, fruity cocktail!
Nelson's Heroes' Honor
50 ml of Nelson's London Dry Gin
15 ml of Coconut Rum
100 ml of Yogurt Soda
5 tbsp of tropical fruits
1 Star Anise
Pour the Nelson's London Dry Gin, rum, and 1 tbsp of fruits into a shaker then mash the fruits. Add ice and shake.
In a tall glass, layer 2 tbsp of fruits and shaved ice.
Strain the mixture into the tall glass and top of the cocktail with yogurt soda.
Celebrate our Nation's Heroes and end your long weekend with a sweet, fruity cocktail!
