As a student-led organization, we stay committed in supporting our Tamaraw Bar Examinees as they face the ultimate fight to the Bar. Behind every initiative made for their legal journey is a whole team bound by one mission, the collective dedication and unwavering commitment of the officers and members of the FEU Institute of Law Centralized Bar Operations.

Another insightful session awaits!

We are honored to welcome another distinguished legal expert, Atty. Glenn Luansing, as he lectures on Property and Land Law, Obligations and Contracts, and Torts and Damages.

A distinguished nurse-lawyer, legal educator, author, and practitioner, Dr. Glenn Luansing brings with him years of extensive experience in law and academia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors and ranked as one of the top 20 scorers in the PRC Nurse Licensure Examination, with an average grade of 84.40%. While employed as a staff nurse in a Makati-based hospital and a part-time college educator, he pursued his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Sto. Tomas, where he immediately took and passed the Bar Examination (2001) with a general average of 80.50%. He also later earned his Master of Laws (Magna Cum Laude) and Doctor of Laws (Cum Laude) at the University of Sto. Tomas Graduate School. Immediately after defending his doctoral dissertation, he took a Post-Doctorate Degree in Strategic Management and Leadership (PDSML) to enhance his competencies.

Dr. Luansing began his legal career as an Associate Solicitor at the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG), handling significant cases involving the Republic of the Philippines. He was later appointed as State Legal Counsel at the OSG, with a rank equivalent to a trial court judge, where he handled various government-related legal matters, including DPWH right-of-way cases and cases concerning the West Philippine Sea. In 2004, he co-founded the Royal Pentagon Review Specialists, Inc. (review center), and in 2010, he established the Glenwood Realty Company, a medium-scale real estate development company engaged in developing midrise residential buildings in Metro Manila.

Beyond his legal practice, Dr. Luansing has dedicated himself to legal education, having taught various civil law subjects, environmental laws, land titles, statutory constructions, JD thesis writing, legal writing, legal ethics, legal medicine, forensics, and philosophy of law at different law schools (UST Graduate School of Law, UST Faculty of Civil Law, Universidad de Manila, University of the East, Far Eastern University, Bulacan State University, San Sebastian College-Recoletos, Tarlac State University, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and Philippine Christian University, Cainta Catholic College, UPHSD-Molino, Baliuag University, Manila Law College).

A respected bar lecturer, MCLE speaker, and an author of books on Torts and Damages, Statutory Construction, Nursing Law, and Jurisprudence and Fundamental Laws on Gender Sensitivity, Dr. Luansing has further enriched his legal expertise through international postgraduate studies and training at institutions such as ILI-Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.; the United Nations Headquarters in New York, USA; and UNICRI in Turin, Italy. He was invited as a guest speaker on violations of patients’ rights during the COVID pandemic before the United Nations Headquarters in New york, and presented a topic on the application of forensic science in case-build up in Delhi University, India.

Currently, Dr. Luansing serves as a private law practitioner at Luansing Law Office, appointed as the Associate Dean of the Universidad de Manila College of Law by then Mayor Honey Lacuna, and the Research Director of the University of Sto. Tomas Graduate School of Law. He also serves as an expert panel member under the Legal Education Development Unit of the Legal Education Board, contributing to the advancement of legal education in the Philippines.

[2026 BAR REVIEW INITIATIVES — BAR LECTURE SERIES]

As our Bar Lecture Series continues, we are honored to welcome another distinguished legal practitioner, Atty. Dranyl Jared Amoroso, to lecture on Civil Procedure 1! ✨

Atty. Dranyl Jared Amoroso is a partner in Quisumbing Torres' Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He heads the Firm's Compliance & Ethics Initiatives, and its Transportation and Logistics Industry Group Subsector. With over 16 years of litigation experience and a practiced focused on commercial arbitration, litigation, and investigations, he has earned citations from the Legal 500 Asia Pacific as Next Generation Partner in Dispute Resolution in the Philippines in 2024, 2025, and 2026, and was named as Young Lawyer of the Year by Asian Legal Business Philippines in 2025.

A highly respected arbitration practitioner, he currently serves as the Chairman and past President of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIARB), is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB) and PIARB, and an accredited arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc. (PDRCI), the Philippines' Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (OADR), and the Philippines' Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM).

Atty. Amorose was a Philippine representative to the Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre (YSIAC) Council from 2023-2025, a member of the panel of arbitrators of the Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM), and a member of the International Arbitration Panel of Resolution Institute (RI). Atty. Amoroso also sat as an arbitrator in the first WESM arbitrations in the Philippines, and continues to act as arbitrator in ongoing commercial arbitrations.

Beyond private practice, Atty. Amoroso is deeply committed to legal education and service. He conducts MCLE lectures on commercial arbitration, and has co-authored a book on the matter. He teaches Civil Procedure and Criminal Procedure at the Far Eastern University Institute of Law, serves as Deputy Director of IBP Rizal-RSM Chapter’s Unified Legal Aid Service Committee, and as Investigating Commissioner of the IBP’s Commission on Bar Discipline. He is also a supervising lawyer at the Ateneo Legal Services Center, where he oversees students in handling pro bono cases.

Atty. Amoroso earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law School in 2010, receiving the Dean's Silver Medal for his J.D. thesis on foreign arbitral awards. He led the Ateneo Society of International Law and represented the Philippines in international moot court competitions, and won 1st runner-up in Florida (2007 Stetson International Environmental Law Moot Court Competition) and 1st place in Japan (2008 Asia Cup International Law Moot Court Competition).
