General Announcement.

What: 22nd Commencement Exercise
When: June 30, 2024
Where: SMX Convention Center, Meeting Room 7, SM Aura Taguig City.

RULES FOR ATTENDEES OF OUR 22ND COMMENCEMENT EXERCISE.

GENERAL CONDUCT
Adherence to Event Schedule: Attendees must adhere to the scheduled dates and times of the event.
Dress Code: Attendees must adhere to the specified dress code agreed upon for the event.
Respect for Property: Attendees must not cause any damage to the venue’s property.
Prohibited Attachments: Attendees must not attach any items to the floors, walls, ceilings, or columns using nails, screws, pins, tapes, or other means.
Personal Belongings: The school and the venue is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Attendees are advised to keep their belongings secure.
Egress: Attendees must surrender the loaned Toga and the Cap upon exit/egress of the event. A designated person-in-charge will collect them at a specific desk near the exit.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Food and Beverage Restrictions: All food and beverage items must be purchased from accredited caterers of the venue. Bringing in or taking out food and beverages without permission is strictly prohibited.

Event includes free-flowing water station and coffee station up to 50 attendees.

SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
No Flammable Materials: The use of explosive, flammable, or pressurized materials is strictly prohibited. (battery-operated light-sticks, candles, lighters, party-poppers, sparklers, etc.)
Smoking Ban: Smoking and Va**ng is STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the venue and its vicinity in compliance with the city ordinance, the To***co Regulation Act and other related laws and policies. Violations will result in severe penalties as per venue policy.

DO NOT ATTEMPT, at all cost, to discreetly smoke/vape nor contest your right to smoke/vape as this is a serious offense not only to the school, but also to the venue, its management, their policies, and the LAW.
Weapons Prohibition: Bringing fi****ms and other deadly weapons is strictly prohibited the school, the venue, its management, their policies, and the LAW.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
Privacy of Personal Data: The venue is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. For more information, attendees can refer to the venue’s Privacy Policy Statement.

A public service announcement. PEMBO Elementary School invites parents to bring their children to their Early Registration for the following grade levels for the School Year 2024 to 2025.

• Kindergarten
• Grade 1
• Alternative Learning System (ALS)
• Special Education (SPED); and
• Balik-Aral & Transferees

This will happen from January 27 to February 23, 2024.

Classes are to resume today, January 15, 2020.

Pupils are advised to wear face mask, and protective eye wear such as shades, or eye glasses.

Attention : Classes are suspended tomorrow, January 14, 2020.

Upon the recommendation of the Makati DRRM Council, Mayor Abby Binay suspends classes in all levels tomorrow, January 14, 2020, in public and private schools to ensure minimized exposure of our school children from the remaining ash fall particles in the ambient air and because of the continuous threat posed by the unpredictability of the activities of Taal Volcano. All children are highly encouraged to stay indoors.

Due to the current situation of the weather caused by the eruption of the Taal Volcano at Batangas, the City of Makati issued CLASS SUSPENSION for tomorrow, 13th of January 2020 for ALL LEVELS, both PUBLIC and PRIVATE SCHOOLS.

Please keep your children indoors and always have them to wear face masks and protective clothing.

Due to the activities of Taal Volcano, ash fall are being experienced in many parts of Makati. As this poses health risks, Mayor Abby Binay, through the recommendation of the DRRM Council, SUSPENDS CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS - PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS - TOMORROW, JANUARY 13, 2020.
