All 4th Year BAT, BSAF, and BTLED graduating students, as well as 2nd Year BSA completers, are advised to download your Grade Evaluation Form through the SNSU Mobile App and have it evaluated by your respective program.

This is a requirement for your application for graduation (4th Year) and completion (2nd Year).

📌 Releasing of Application for Graduation Forms will start on April 27, 2026.

If you have any concerns regarding your grades, please proceed to the office for assistance.
