All graduates who wish to request the re-issuance of their diploma are advised to submit a Notarized Request Letter addressed to the Registrar's Office.

The request letter must clearly indicate the reason for the re-issuance of the diploma (e.g., loss, damage, correction of entries, or other valid reasons).

Please ensure that all necessary supporting documents, if applicable, are attached to your request for proper evaluation and processing.

2. Always select "Manual Log-in"
* Do not use the automatic login option.
* Tap **Manual Log-in** and enter your correct credentials.

3. Verify Your Email and Password
*Ensure that you are entering the correct Email and password.
* Check for typing errors, extra spaces, or incorrect capitalization.

4. Check the Selected Semester
* After logging in, verify that the app is set to the "correct semester".
* Some features and records may not appear if the wrong semester is selected.

5. Ensure a Stable Internet Connection
* Connect to a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
* Slow or unstable internet may prevent successful login.

6. Update the App
* Make sure you are using the latest version of the SNSU Portal App.
