As we conclude the National No Smoking Month, we also celebrate the first anniversary of DepEd Order No. 48, s. 2016 or the Policy and Guidelines on Comprehensive To***co Control. This mandates schools' respective Child Protection Committees to monitor compliance and report violations of the smoking ban, the ban on selling and advertising to***co products near schools, and the ban on receiving donation from to***co companies.
