🔥 Day 1 to Day 5 of 37 | Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC I 🔥

Our trainees have successfully completed the first five days of their 37-day Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC I training under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) scholarship.

These first few days have been filled with learning, safety orientation, demonstrations, and hands-on welding practice—laying the foundation for the skills they will continue to develop throughout the training.

We commend our trainees for their dedication and enthusiasm as they work toward becoming skilled and job-ready welders. We look forward to witnessing their growth in the remaining days of the program.
