Pursuant to Malacaรฑang Memorandum Circular No. 131, the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) shall continue implementing alternative work arrangements and learning modalities on Thursday, August 20, 2026, in view of the continued adverse weather conditions affecting Pampanga and other areas.

Alternative learning modes shall continue to be implemented for classes at all levels, in accordance with the directive for public and private schools in the affected areas.

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 127 issued by the Office of the President, and in view of the continued heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) shall adopt appropriate alternative work arrangements beginning 12:00 noon on Monday, August 17, 2026.

Meanwhile, alternative learning modalities shall be implemented for classes at all levels, in accordance with the directive covering public and private schools in the affected areas.

Due to the continued heavy rainfall caused by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), classes in all levels, both public and private, in Magalang, Pampanga, are suspended on Monday, August 17, 2026.

Alternative learning modalities shall be implemented in lieu of in-person classes.

In view of the observance of Ninoy Aquino Day on Friday, August 21, the Universityโ€™s reporting hours from Monday to Thursday will be adjusted to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The adjusted schedule is in accordance with the Board-approved supplemental guidelines on the implementation of the four-day work week.

In view of the continued heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon, and upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), work in government offices and classes at all levels in the National Capital Region and the provinces of Zambales, Bataan, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Laguna, and Quezon are hereby suspended on 13 August 2026, at 3:00 PM.
