The Student Regent and the Supreme Student Council (SSC) are pleased to inform everyone that our request for the continuation of the Alternative Learning Modality (ALM) on August 12, 13, and 14, 2026 has been APPROVED by the University President. This consideration addresses the ongoing flooding and difficult travel conditions in areas outside Magalang and other affected communities following the recent typhoon.

Students are advised to coordinate with their instructors regarding academic requirements and monitor official class group chats for further updates.

In response to the severe weather conditions and widespread transport disruptions brought about by Tropical Cyclone Luis, the Supreme Student Council respectfully submits this request for the temporary transition of all classes to the Alternative Delivery Modality (ADM) from August 4, 5, and 6, 2026.

Given the persistent heavy rainfall and severely limited availability of public transportation, implementing ADM during this three-day period is essential to ensure student safety while maintaining uninterrupted academic progress.

Please coordinate with your respective instructors and monitor the University's official communication channels for further announcements.

𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 | CommTECH NUSANTARA 2026: Virtual Exploration of Indonesia – “Ramadhan Edition”

The Pampanga State Agricultural University invites all interested students, faculty, and staff to apply for CommTECH Nusantara 2026: Virtual Exploration of Indonesia – Ramadhan Edition, a fully virtual international program organized by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Indonesia.

📅 Program Dates: March 2–13, 2026
🕑 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 - 6:00 PM
📍 Mode: Fully Virtual via Zoom

Program Highlights:
Ramadhan Vibes from various regions of Indonesia
Fun Bahasa
Cultural activities (music, dance, food, and more)
Virtual City Tour
Final Project and Virtual Exhibition

Eligibility / Participation Criteria:

This online program is open to applicants who meet the following requirements:

✔️ Students (undergraduate and graduate) and staff (teaching and non-teaching) of PSAU
✔️ Have an interest in communication, culture, technology, or international collaboration
✔️ Available to participate fully in the online sessions, including discussions and interactive activities
✔️ Can attend sessions from 3:00 PM to 6:00PM (Philippine Time) over a two-week period
✔️ Comfortable using English as the main language of instruction (basic to intermediate proficiency is sufficient)
✔️ Motivated to actively engage in cross-cultural learning and community discussions

📌 Important Note:
This program is FREE, but slots are limited. Selection will be based on screening and endorsement by PSAU.

Application Process:
Interested applicants may download the registration form using the link below and submit the complete requirements to the Office of Public Affairs and International Linkages (OPAIL), PSAU.

📌 Internal Deadline of Submission to OPAIL: February 2, 2025
After initial screening and endorsement by PSAU, selected applicants will be endorsed to ITS.
