𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 | 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝐌𝐎𝐃𝐄

The 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗦𝗦𝗖) has formally requested the implementation of 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲 (𝗔𝗗𝗠) 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟲 and 𝟮𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗣 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, due to the prevailing weather conditions and the collective concerns raised by the seven (7) College Student Councils.

The request has been approved by the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁.

𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗶𝗻-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗸𝘁𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗴-𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹, 𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗽𝗿𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗦𝗔𝗨

𝗠𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗚, 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 — Sinang-ayunan ng Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) ang kahilingan ng Supreme Student Council (SSC) kaugnay sa pagliban sa on-site classes mula Agosto 25 hanggang 27, 2026 ng mga estudyanteng nakatira sa mga lugar na apektado ng matinding pagbaha.

Sa opisyal na liham na ipinadala noong Agosto 24 kay Dr. Anita G. David, SUC President IV ng PSAU, binigyang-diin ng SSC na maraming estudyante ang nahihirapang bumiyahe dahil sa impassable roads, unsafe travel conditions, at limitadong transportasyon.

Kasabay nito, hiniling din ng konseho na magbigay ng flexible deadlines at akademikong konsiderasyon ang mga g**o para sa mga apektadong mag-aaral.

Bukod pa rito, iminungkahi ng SSC na payagan ang mga estudyante na magsuot ng angkop na civilian attire sa halip na prescribed school uniform sa panahon ng tag-ulan, upang masig**o ang kanilang kaligtasan at kaginhawaan.

Ayon sa liham, layunin ng SSC na mapangalagaan ang kapakanan ng mga estudyante habang nagpapatuloy ang kanilang pag-aaral sa gitna ng hamon ng panahon.
