The budget hearing was conducted under the leadership of DBES Superintendent Rev. Fr. Romulo C. Felix, together with DBES Finance Internal Auditor Jeffrey Culanag, DBES Finance Supervisor Mildred Culanag, and DBES Accounting Personnel Wini Palec, who facilitated the review and evaluation of the financial proposals submitted by member schools across the diocese.

Representing Saint Vincent School were School Principal Annabelle G. Tacadena and Finance Officer Fe M. Santos, who presented the institution's proposed budget for the incoming academic year.
