Dear Governor MIAN,

We, the undersigned representatives of VJNVHS would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for considering our request to allocate budget for the concreting of our school road. This infrastructure project will greatly benefit the students, teachers, and the entire school community.

We are thrilled to inform you that this project will be implemented in collaboration with the Barangay Council of Lower Villa Jacinta, Headed by Hon. Merla ROSELLO Sabandal, VJNVHS Alumni Association President Arniel More Rosello (yours truly), and Parents-Teachers Association headed by Sir Fyke Abiera This partnership demonstrates the power of community unity and cooperation in improving the learning environment.

The concreting of the school road will not only enhance the safety and accessibility of the school but also promote a conducive learning environment. We believe that this project will have a positive impact on the academic performance and overall well-being of our students.
