𝐈𝐜𝐑𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐇𝐒 𝐜π₯𝐚𝐒𝐦𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚π₯π₯ 𝐭𝐒𝐭π₯𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭π₯𝐞 𝐨𝐟 π’πœπ‘π¨π¨π₯𝐬 πŸ’.𝟎

Ichon National High School was declared the overall champion at Battle of Schools 4.0 – Nostalgia, held at the Macrohon Municipal Gymnasium on October 28, 2025. The school won first place in all competition categories.

The contest featured five events: Direk Ko, Ganap Mo; Sing and Dance; Vocal Solo Medley; Pop Dance; and Film-making. The school caught judges’ attention with its skill in performance, coordination, and storytelling.

Organized to celebrate youth creativity, Nostalgia 4.0 gave students a space to share their talents and collaborate beyond the classroom.

The event was part of the town’s 165th founding anniversary.

𝑰𝑡𝑯𝑺 π’‘π’π’‚π’šπ’†π’“π’” π’˜π’Šπ’ 𝒂𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒉𝒐𝒏 𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒔 π’•π’π’–π’“π’π’‚π’Žπ’†π’π’•

The Macrohon LGU hosted a chess tournament on October 27, 2025, as part of the town’s 165th founding anniversary. The event featured four categories: newbie, middle, hard, and candidate for master. INHS students performed well in different levels of the competition.

In the candidate for master category, Agustin Ballespin won first place, while Amiel Blake Manlunas took second. In the hard category, Mawe AraΓ±a and Prince AraΓ±a finished first and second. Daniella Velasquez earned second place while Nicole Mondia earned third place in the middle category.

Their results show the effort and discipline of the INHS chess players, bringing recognition to their school.
