Tagnanan, Mabini, Davao de Oro — October 24, 2025. The Association for Future Public Administrators (AFPA) of Maco de Oro College successfully held its Team Building and Oath-Taking Ceremony at White Beach, Tagnanan, Mabini, Davao de Oro.

The event brought together AFPA officers, members, and BPA faculty for a day of teamwork, leadership, and camaraderie.

AFPA Moderator Ms. Jayzyl Queen J. Failaman, LPT, MPA, CHRA reminded everyone that,

-“𝑳𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝒑𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. 𝑨𝒔 𝒇𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒑𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝒂𝒅𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒔, 𝒘𝒆 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒖𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒏𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒑𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆.”

BPA Program Head Mr. Kiervin C. Engay, LPT, MPA expressed appreciation for the organization’s growth, saying,

AFPA extended thanks to Dr. Anthony Pol P. Fulache, College President, and Mayor Arthur Carlos Voltaire R. Rimando for their continuous support.

The event concluded with the oath-taking of new officers—marking another step toward building strong, service-driven future leaders.
