RAINY SEASON HEALTH ADVISORY
CLINIC ADVISORY
Due to continuous rainy weather, all students are advised to:
1. Bring extra clothes and umbrella to avoid getting wet.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water daily and eat nutritious food to boost immun
3. Wash hands freqto prevent flu, cough, and other illnesses
4. Wear appropriate footwear to prevent slip accidents.
5. Report to the clinic immediately if experiencing fever, cough, headache, or stomachache.

Health Advisory precautionary measures against LEPTOSPIROSIS
1. Avoid wading in floodwater as much as possible
2. Wear boots or protective footwear.
3. Wash hands and feet with soap and clean water after exposure to flood.
4. COVER OPEN WOUNDS
5. Drink only clean and safe water.
6. Consult a doctor immediately if you experiencing fever, bodyaches, headache or yellowing of eyes after exposure
