The Registrarβs Office will be closed in observance of the MCC 15th Commencement Exercises.
AUGUST 20, 2026 (THURSDAY)
π» WORK-FROM-HOME ARRANGEMENT
The Registrarβs Office will render services under a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement, in accordance with OVPAA Memo No. 29, 2026 β Operational Arrangements and Class Modality Adjustments for the 15th Commencement Exercises. The memo specifically includes personnel from the Office of the Registrar among those who shall render service under the WFH arrangement on August 20, 2026.

π« REGULAR ONSITE OPERATIONS RESUME
The Registrarβs Office will resume its regular onsite operations.

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.
Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.
The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

π COURSE refers to an individual subject/class that you take during a semester.
π PROGRAM refers to your entire bachelorβs degree or degree program.
For example, English 101 or Mathematics is a course, while Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) is a program.

Please be informed that, pursuant to Executive Order No. 13β2026βLGP issued by the Office of the Governor of Pampanga, work in government offices and classes at all levels in public and private schools in the Province of Pampanga are suspended on Monday, August 10, 2026.

Adding, Dropping, Changing of Courses and Academic Load Revision Schedule

Good day MCCians!
Here is a quick guide to the process for adding, dropping, changing of courses, and academic load revision for this semester. Please strictly follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Secure a copy of MCC Reg. Form No. 02 (Adding/Dropping Form) from your respective Institute.
Step 2: Coordinate with your Institute Representative regarding course availability, class schedules, and available time slots. Once your preferred course(s) have been confirmed, accomplish the form by filling out the required information and indicating the course(s) to be added, dropped, or changed.
Step 3: Submit the duly accomplished form to your Faculty-in-Charge or Dean for evaluation and approval.
Step 4: Once approved, submit the form to the College Registrar's Office for encoding.
Reminders:
- Inform the instructor of the dropped course/s to avoid "FA" remarks in the grading sheet.
- Schedule will be strictly followed, coordinate your concerns during the said dates for immediate action.
- Check your student portal from time to time for the update of your requested change in subject assignment.
