👷 KEY QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Male, maximum 35 years old
✅ Minimum 2 years’ ongoing experience as an Industrial Butcher or Meat Cutter (beef)
✅ Knowledge of cattle deboning and primal cuts
✅ Knowledge of premium beef cuts
✅ Experience using slaughtering tools and equipment
✅ Minimum Senior High School / Grade 12 education
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ At least 165 cm (5'4") tall
✅ Physically fit to work
