Sa temang, “Pinalakas na Ugnayan at Pagkakaisa sa Pagsulong ng IHL,” binibigyang-diin ng pagdiriwang ang kahalagahan ng pagtutulungan at pagkakaisa sa pagsusulong ng paggalang at pagsunod sa International Humanitarian Law. Kasama ang Sandatahang Lakas ng Pilipinas, mga ahensya ng pamahalaan, mga organisasyong makatao, at ang sambayanang Pilipino, nananatili itong kaisa sa pagtataguyod ng makataong pagkilos, kapayapaan, at paggalang sa karapatang pantao.
