Aviation is evolving.

Across the aviation industry, Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) is becoming the global standard for pilot training. Even before its widespread adoption, AAG has already laid the groundwork for this important shift across its regional training platforms.

More than adapting to industry change, this initiative reflects AAG's commitment to developing aviators who are not only qualified, but consistently competent and ready for real-world operations.

A milestone that marks a new altitude✈️

From pilot trainees to industry-ready professionals, it has truly been a privilege to be part of the remarkable journey of our 12 graduates from the APP and FOT Training Programs.

Held last Saturday, 19 September 2026, the graduation ceremony marked the culmination of our graduates' months of hard work, discipline, dedication, and commitment to becoming pilots who are ready to take the aviation industry to greater heights.

The occasion was made even more meaningful by the presence of their proud parents and loved ones, who witnessed this significant milestone, as well as our Guest of Honor and Speaker, Capt. Stanley K. Ng, whose inspiring message offered the graduates valuable insights as they prepare to take to the skies. He challenged them to always look ahead, uphold the responsibilities that come with being a pilot, and remain humble throughout their careers.

Congratulations, AAG Graduates!
