As I close this meaningful chapter as the Adviser of the Supreme Student Council for Academic Year 2025–2026, I leave with nothing but gratitude, pride, and hope.

To our 𝑺𝑺𝑪 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒔, thank you for allowing me to witness your growth, not only as student leaders but also as individuals who chose to serve despite the challenges. Hindi naging madali ang bawat programa, meeting, proposal, at desisyon, pero ipinakita ninyo na ang tunay na lider ay hindi sumusuko kapag mahirap na ang laban.

Kayo ang naging puso at lakas ng Supreme Student Council. Salamat sa inyong dedikasyon, oras, at malasakit sa kapwa estudyante. Nawa'y dalhin ninyo ang mga aral na natutunan ninyo sa bawat laban, saan man kayo dalhin ng inyong mga pangarap.

Hindi rin magiging matagumpay ang ating mga naging hakbang kung wala ang patuloy na suporta at tiwala ni 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝑭𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑮. 𝑵𝒐𝒏. Maraming salamat po sa inyong paggabay, pagbibigay ng oportunidad, at paniniwala sa kakayahan ng ating mga student leaders.

Sa lahat ng naging bahagi ng ating paglalakbay, isang prinsipyo ang lagi kong ipapamana:

Ito ang puso ng tunay na paglilingkod. Sa bawat desisyon, programa, at pagkilos, unahin natin ang kapakanan ng bawat estudyante.

Ipagpatuloy ninyong ipaglaban ang karapatan ng bawat mag-aaral kahit wala kayong posisyon na hinahawakan. Bumoses kung kinakailangan, ngunit laging may paggalang at may batayan. Huwag hayaang manaig ang pansariling interes, takot, o pag-abuso sa kapangyarihan kaysa sa kapakanan ng nakararami. Maging matapang na tumindig para sa tama, sapagkat ang tunay na lider ay hindi sumusunod sa agos ng maling sistema—siya ang nagiging simula ng positibong pagbabago. Lagi't lagi, unahin ang serbisyo at ang kapakanan ng bawat bata kaysa sa anumang posisyon o kapangyarihan.

Alam naman nating lahat na…

Hindi madaling maglaro ng 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒐, 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒐, 𝑷𝒊𝒄𝒌 kung hindi mo alam kung ang kaharap mo ba ay magbabato, magpapapel, o maggugunting.

Hindi rin madaling maglaro ng 𝑻𝒖𝒎𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒐 kung ang bawat tira ay hindi mo alam kung tatama o sasablay.

Hindi rin madaling gumuhit ng plano kung limitado ang kaalaman at kakayahan.

At higit sa lahat, hindi madaling pumasok sa isang posisyon kung hindi ka handa at hindi ka handang manindigan.

Bilang bahagi ng 𝐒𝐒𝐂, masasabi kong hindi naging madali ang aming paglalakbay. Sa bawat araw na lumipas, kailangan naming maging handa sa anumang hamon.

Tulad ng larong 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒐, 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒐, 𝑷𝒊𝒄𝒌, hindi namin alam ang mga pagsubok na naghihintay sa amin. Pinili naming maging 𝒈𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈—hindi para manakit, kundi upang putulin ang mga negatibong bakas at lumang kaisipang humahadlang sa pagbabago.

Pinili rin naming maging 𝒑𝒂𝒑𝒆𝒍—handa kaming pumapel sa pangangailangan ng mga estudyante. Kahit mahirap, patuloy naming ipinaglaban ang tama at sinikap na iwasto ang mali.

At higit sa lahat, pinili naming maging 𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒐—matatag, matibay, at hindi madaling matinag. Hindi kami nanatili sa mga pangako at salita lamang. Pinatunayan namin ang aming hangarin sa pamamagitan ng aming mga gawa.

Naranasan din naming laruin ang 𝑻𝒖𝒎𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒐, kung saan iisa ang aming layunin—ang itumba ang mga negatibong nakasanayan at palitan ito ng mga programang mag-iiwan ng magandang marka sa bawat estudyante. Alam naming hindi madali ang laban, ngunit pinili naming maging matatag at lumaban nang patas.

Hindi rin kami natakot gumuhit ng mga plano. Bagama't limitado ang aming kakayahan at mga resources, hindi kami nagpatalo. Naniniwala kami na ang bawat planong aming binuo ay para sa ikauunlad at kapakanan ng buong komunidad ng MCC. Dahil para sa amin, 𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒐 𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒔𝒂 𝒂𝒚 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒐 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝒍𝒂𝒉𝒂𝒕.

At higit sa lahat, hindi kami pumasok sa posisyong ito para lamang magkaroon ng titulo. Tumayo kami, nagsalita, kumilos, at lumaban. Ipinakita naming ang tunay na pagbabago ay hindi lamang naririnig sa mga talumpati—ito ay nakikita at nararamdaman sa mga gawa.

Lubos akong nagpapasalamat sa aming adviser, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞, na walang sawang gumabay, nagsakripisyo, at naniwala sa amin kahit sa mga panahong mahirap ang aming tinatahak.

Maraming salamat din sa aking mga kasamahan—𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑰𝒗𝒂𝒏, 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑮𝒆𝒎𝒎𝒂, 𝑴𝒆𝒓𝒘𝒊𝒏, 𝑽𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒆𝒍, 𝑲𝑫, 𝑷𝒊𝒐𝒍𝒐, 𝑴𝒉𝒂𝒚𝒄𝒆, 𝑳𝒆𝒚, 𝒂𝒕 𝑱𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒂. Kung wala kayo, hindi magiging buo ang SSC. Kayo ang naging mga kamay, paa, at puso ng samahang ito sa henerasyong ating pinagsilbihan.

Kaya naman, lagi nating tandaan:

My heart is overflowing with immense pride, gratitude, and accomplishment. Looking back, my journey as a student leader started from serving as a 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 with little to no experience, to stepping into the role of being your 𝐌𝐂𝐂-𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲. It wasn’t an easy transition, i had a hard time and self doubt, but taking that leap helped me gain invaluable experience that shaped who am I today, and helped me grow as a person, as a student, and as a student leader.

Our council journey was certainly not an easy one. We faced countless setbacks, hurdles, conflicts, and late night preparations for our events: 𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐤𝐢𝐬, 𝐃𝐮𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐩, 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐦𝐨, and our biggest event, the 𝐌𝐂𝐂 14𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬. Yet, every challenge and pressured moments, we stood our ground and made it through together. Unity taught me that true leadership is not about standing alone in the midst of the crowd, but about how we build strong connections which acted as our strongest foundation that allow each one of us shine.

Allow me to thank every person who was there with me and it would never have been possible without them.

First and foremost, our dearest SSC Adviser, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐢 𝐃. 𝐌𝐚𝐮𝐧, thank you for your endless patience, guidance, and unwavering belief in our potential even when we doubted ourselves as a student leader, I also want to thank you for believing in me that I am fit to be the next 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭.

To my 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐉𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐃. 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐨, thank you for having the strongest vision and the steadiest leadership that kept us united. Your faith in me means everything. Your leadership is selfless. You’ve sacrificed your own money for us accomplish our biggest event. You had no idea how proud I am when you chose to stand your ground, and believe what you think is right. I saw how strong you are when you decided to speak up.

To my 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐀𝐭𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐦𝐦𝐚 𝐃. 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐳, thank you for being our core pillar of support and source of encouragement. I also want to express how grateful I am because you were always there to provide the knowledge I need, especially when it comes to our letters.

to my 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲, 𝐌𝐡𝐚𝐲𝐜𝐞𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐃. 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐚, thank you for being my partner in handling sponsorships and requests for both internal and external letters, I couldn’t managed it all without you.

I, your 𝐈𝐓𝐄 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐌. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨, officially signing off as your 𝐌𝐂𝐂𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲. It has been an honor to serve the student body!

𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧!

Being a student leader was never easy. There were moments when we questioned ourselves, moments when we were exhausted, and moments when we thought, "Can we still do this?" But one thing I learned is this:

𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐰𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐭.

But above all, none of this would have been possible without the 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝. Every achievement, every successful event, every challenge we overcame, and every lesson we learned happened because of His grace. He gave us the strength when we were tired, the wisdom when we needed direction, the confidence to lead, and the gifts and talents to serve with excellence.

We did not accomplish these things because of ourselves alone. It was because of Christ who lives in us and works through us. Every success belongs to Him, and all the glory and honor are His. Looking back, I can truly say that God has been faithful in every step of this journey.

𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒔𝒏'𝒕 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕'𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝒊𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒖𝒍.

There were sleepless nights preparing for events, last-minute meetings, impossible deadlines, and responsibilities that sometimes felt overwhelming. There were days when we disagreed, moments of misunderstandings, and yes—times when we argued. But after every challenge, we always found ourselves laughing together again, sharing jokes, making unforgettable memories, and reminding each other why we started.

Those late-night preparations, endless conversations, random food trips, inside jokes, and moments filled with laughter became the memories I will treasure forever. Looking back now, I realize that the ordinary moments were the ones that made this journey extraordinary.

I would also like to express my deepest appreciation to all of our committees. Behind every successful event was a team of hardworking individuals who willingly gave their time, energy, and effort. You worked tirelessly behind the scenes, often without being recognized, to ensure that every program ran smoothly. You were the backbone of every event and the key to making each one memorable and successful. Thank you for your dedication, commitment, and willingness to serve. Your efforts never went unnoticed.

To our President, 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐈𝐯𝐚𝐧, thank you for leading with dedication, humility, and determination.

To our Vice President, 𝐀𝐭𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐦𝐦𝐚, thank you for your kindness, patience, and unwavering support.

If someone had told me years ago that the first organization I’d ever be part of in college would be the 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹, I probably wouldn’t have believed them. Wala akong experience sa pagiging student leader, pero pinili kong sumubok, matuto, at magsilbi. Looking back, that decision became one of the best chapters of my college life.

As a 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲, I learned that leadership isn’t about being in the spotlight. It’s about serving with dedication, even behind the scenes. Hindi naging madali ang journey na ito. There were challenges, pressure, and moments of self-doubt. But every successful event and every smile from the students reminded me why I said “yes” in the first place.

To my fellow 𝗦𝗦𝗖 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀, thank you for trusting me, guiding me, and treating me as your bunso. Thank you for making me feel that I truly belonged. I’ll always be grateful for every lesson, every laugh, and every memory we shared.

To 𝗞𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗮, thank you for believing in me while I was still learning to believe in myself. Your experience as a student leader, your encouragement, and your unwavering support gave me the confidence to embrace every challenge. I’ll always be grateful for you.

To our adviser, 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲, thank you so much. Wala po ako sa SSC kung hindi dahil sa inyo. Thank you for believing in me despite my lack of experience and for giving me the opportunity to grow into the student leader I am today. I will always be grateful for the trust and guidance you gave me.

SSC gave me more than memories. It gave me confidence, lifelong friendships, and a heart that understands the true meaning of service.

Leadership is not about having a title. It’s about serving others, becoming a role model, and being the voice of the students. The title may be seen by people, but your service is remembered through your character.

My journey in serving through organizations started back in high school. It all began inside a classroom with one teacher who saw something in me that I couldn’t see in myself—𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝. At first, I doubted it. 𝘋𝘰 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭? 𝘒𝘢𝘺𝘢 𝘬𝘰 𝘣𝘢 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘢? But I chose to take the risk. Because someone believed in me first, 𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐭𝐨𝐨. That moment became the reason why I continued serving.

Entering college was a different experience. Everything was new, and adjusting wasn’t easy. Then one day, I saw an announcement looking for students who wanted to join an organization.

I remember asking myself, 𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘐? 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴? My mind was filled with doubts, but my heart kept telling me one thing—𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞. Sabi ko sa sarili ko, wala namang mawawala kung susubukan ko. So I took that leap of faith, and it became one of the best decisions I ever made.

Through 𝐂𝐇𝐌𝐒, 𝐋𝐓𝐒𝐏, and 𝐈𝐇𝐓𝐌-𝐈𝐒𝐂, I found more than organizations—I found a family. I met people who welcomed me, guided me, and believed in me. I gained not only experience but also ate’s and kuya’s who became my mentors, supporters, and friends.

A year later, I accepted bigger responsibilities. There were moments when I questioned myself, felt overwhelmed, and even thought of giving up. But I never faced those moments alone.

One phrase stayed with me throughout my journey: “𝑴𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒔 𝒎𝒖 𝒓𝒊𝒏.” Whenever I faced struggles, disappointments, or negativity, I reminded myself that every challenge would pass and every obstacle would teach me something. Those simple words became my source of hope and strength.

To my 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲, thank you for every opportunity, challenge, lesson, and memory. To our committees, thank you for your dedication and teamwork. Every successful event was possible because of all of you.

To our SSC Adviser, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞, thank you for your guidance and trust. One lesson from you will always stay with me:

Stepping into the role of IAS Senator, I knew my responsibilities would be huge, but I didn’t realize how much this commitment would transform me. This journey was far from perfect; it was filled with late nights, tough decisions, and real missteps. Yet in those moments, I found my greatest growth. Learning to pick myself back up, listen deeper, and act with greater purpose made me not just a stronger leader, but a better person.

As my term in the Supreme Student Council comes to an end, I am filled with overwhelming gratitude. First and foremost, thank you to my Ates and Kuya, and especially my parents—your constant belief in me gave me the push to step up and accept this role, even when I doubted myself.

To our SSC Adviser, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞, thank you for always guiding and listening to me po. When I first stepped into college, I never imagined that one decision—to become a student leader despite all my doubts—would shape the next four years of my life. I started this journey as a first-time student leader, unsure if I was capable of carrying the responsibility. Now, I'm graduating not only as a college student but also as a student leader. Looking back, I can proudly say that it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Four years of being a student leader wasn't as easy as it looked. There were days when I questioned myself, days when I wanted to give up, and days when I wondered if I was really meant for this role. Yet, somehow, I kept showing up.

But despite all the sleepless nights, missed family gatherings, cancelled plans, and countless responsibilities, I wouldn't trade this journey for anything.

Above all, thank You, God, for sustaining me through every challenge, every setback, and every victory.

If there's one thing these four years have taught me, it's this: 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞. The opportunity I almost let pass became the greatest plot twist of my college life.

As I officially sign off from this chapter, I do so with nothing but gratitude. This chapter may be ending, but the lessons, friendships, and memories will stay with me forever.

My student leadership journey began in the classroom as a class officer, which later led to my appointment as the 1st Year Representative for the CHMS organization. I went on to serve two consecutive terms as org Treasurer, represented Mabalacat City College as a 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 (𝗝𝗧𝗛𝗠𝗔𝗣) 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿, and was eventually elected as 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁. Alongside these regional responsibilities, I had the honor of serving as the Finance Officer for the Supreme Student Council.

Throughout my four years as a student leader, I have gained invaluable insights and experienced profound personal growth, particularly through my roles as Regional Ambassador, Regional Vice President, and SSC Finance Officer.

My journey wasn't defined by having a safety net—it was defined by building one from scratch. Starting with zero initial SSC funds, we had to turn every obstacle into an opportunity. From coordinating with concessionaires to build budgets for massive events like Habigkis, Belenismo, Dunkin’ Campus Pop, College Days, and Community Extension, to pitching for external sponsorships, balancing tight ledgers, and even shelling out my own personal money when resources ran short—these were never just administrative duties. They were a solemn commitment to safeguarding the trust you placed in me.

If there is one invaluable lesson my journey as an MCCian has taught me, it is that integrity and resourcefulness must always go hand in hand. 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞, 𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭.
