• 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟵–𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲) – For correction/changing of enlisted subjects before submission of the Enrollment List to CHED. No "DRP" remark.
• 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 (𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲) – Will result in a "DRP" remark in the Transcript of Records (TOR).
