Requirements for Transferees
- Transfer Credentials/Certificate of Honorable Dismissal
- Official Transcript of Records/Copy of Grades (with the Remarks/Purpose: COPY FOR FDSA AVIATION COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, INC.)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Two (2) pcs 2x2 picture (White background)
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for married, female applicants only)
- Duly Accomplished Enrollment Application Form

Please be advised that ONLINE CLASSES for college will commence on JANUARY 31, 2022, and the LIMITED FACE TO FACE LABORATORY CLASSES will be on FEBRUARY 14, 2022. Class Schedule for the second semester will be posted separately for your convenience.
