In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 131, s. 2026, issued by the Office of the President on August 19, 2026, and following the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.

Nursery–Grade 3: 𝗔𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

Students are expected to participate in assigned activities and inform their teachers of any difficulties with internet access, devices, or learning conditions.

Due to prevailing weather conditions and in alignment with Memorandum Circular No. 129, s. 2026, 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.

Learning Modalities
• Nursery to Grade 3: 𝗔𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
• Grades 4 to College: 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁).

Parents and students are advised to:
• Regularly check Microsoft Teams/LMS for announcements, learning materials, activities, and instructions.
• Check the communication channels provided by your teachers for the online class schedule and meeting links.
• Ensure that students participate in the assigned asynchronous or online activities.
• For online classes, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and communicate with the teacher if there are difficulties in joining the session.
• For asynchronous learning, students are expected to accomplish the assigned activities within the period specified by their teachers.

The institution recognize that weather conditions can sometimes affect internet access, electricity, and families’ ability to participate in online learning. The safety and well-being of our students and their families will always be our top priority.

Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), and in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, government offices in the National Capital Region and the provinces of Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Occidental Mindoro, and Oriental Mindoro are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements on 19 August 2026.

Agencies delivering essential and vital services shall continue their operations. Alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented in public and private schools in the aforementioned areas.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Sa Memorandum Circular No. 128 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, ipinag-utos ng Malacanang ang pagsasagawa ng Work-from-Home (WFH) sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno at alternative learning modes sa lahat ng pampubliko at pribadong eskwelahan bukas, Agosto 18, bilang paghahanda sa inaasahang patuloy na pagbuhos ng malakas na ulan dulot ng habagat.

Alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), ipatutupad ang WFH at suspension ng face-to-face classes sa mga sumusunod na lugar:

Ipinauubaya naman ng Malacanang sa mga Local Chief Executives ang kapangyarihang mag-pasiya kung kinakailangang suspendihin ang pasok sa mga lugar na kanilang nasasakupan na hindi napabilang sa memorandum circular.

Nasa diskresyon naman ng pamunuan ng pribadong sektor ang pagdeklara ng suspensyon sa trabaho.
