For 1st Year to 3rd Year Non-Mabalacat Residents

To have your Student Clearance approved, you must first settle:

• Any outstanding balance from A.Y. 2025–2026; and

• Twenty-five percent (25%) of the Non-Resident Fee for A.Y. 2026–2027.

Please ensure that these requirements are completed to avoid delays in the processing and approval of your Student Clearance.

NON–RESIDENT FEE PAYMENT STEPS
(INCOMING FRESHMEN)

STEP 1: REQUEST A PAYMENT SLIP AT
THE MCC FINANCE OFFICE CASHIER WINDOW

STEP 2: FILL OUT THE PAYMENT SLIP
(DATE, STUDENT NUMBER, NAME, AMOUNT TO BE PAID, AND SIGNATURE)
STEP 3: PROCEED TO MABALACAT CITY HALL (XEVERA) BUSINESS-ONE-STOP-SHOP WINDOW-D FOR PAYMENT

STEP 4: GET AND CHECK THE RECEIPT TO CONFIRM THE DETAILS ARE CORRECT

STEP 5: GO BACK TO THE MCC FINANCE OFFICE CASHIER WINDOW TO HAVE THE ENROLLMENT SLIP SIGNED
