📚✨𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐒: 𝐇𝐎𝐏𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐍-𝐍𝐔𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 ✨📚

𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 — 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁. A student finally understanding a problem, a hesitant learner slowly 𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴—these are the moments that remind us 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺.

Driven by the mission to bring 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀, the 𝗟𝗮 𝗴𝗮𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 went to 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 (𝐂𝐍𝐇𝐒) and 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐩 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 (𝐌𝐚𝐑𝐇𝐒) to conduct its outreach program entitled“𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐬: 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬.”

The program began with 𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 focused on the four fundamental operations. Through a 𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗲-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 was given the opportunity to 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 using activity worksheets designed to 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀. More than teaching solutions, the experience allowed us to understand the learners’ struggles, pace, and potential—proving that with 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, learning becomes 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹.

The day became even more exciting as students participated in 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 where they showcased 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. The 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 we witnessed throughout the activities transformed the atmosphere into one filled with 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲, 𝗷𝗼𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

To conclude the outreach program, 𝘀𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀, 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗶𝗱𝘀 donated by the mathematics community were shared with the students as a way of supporting their 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 and encouraging them to 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀. These simple acts of generosity became meaningful reminders that many people believe in their potential and are willing to help them succeed.

Your 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 made this outreach program possible and truly impactful. Above all, the s𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀’ 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗲𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to overcome challenges in mathematics served as our 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Today, we celebrate 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐀𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐌. 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚—our 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐞—whose 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 continue to inspire the 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.

As an educator in the field of Mathematics, Ma’am Ae shows us that 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀—it is about 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵. Through her guidance, we are reminded that every step forward, no matter how small, is part of something greater.

Ma’am Ae is known not only for her hard work, but also for the 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. There was a time when formulas felt like 𝗽𝘂𝘇𝘇𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀, lesson plans felt 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴, and every 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀. Yet, in between all the confusion and effort, 𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞.

Through 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, what once 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. And what once felt like pressure became purpose.

Today, those struggles are no longer just memories—they are the foundation of a new beginning as 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬.

The Institute of Teacher Education continues to demonstrate academic excellence through its exceptional performance—Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) achieved an outstanding 92.11% passing rate, surpassing the national passing rate of 73.10%, while Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) earned an impressive 89.29% passing rate, far exceeding the national passing rate of 56.03%.

These remarkable results reflect the institute’s unwavering commitment to producing competent, passionate, and highly qualified educators who are ready to shape the future. Known for her expertise in the technical side of education, Ma’am B sets the standard in crafting well-structured 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, clear and purposeful 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀, 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝘂𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀, and well-designed performance tasks in Mathematics and Statistics.
