The program provided a meaningful platform for cultural immersion, academic exchange, and global engagement, allowing Carl to represent MCC while gaining valuable international perspectives.

Ines, Head of the Department of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences – Shinas, Oman, through a Research Fellow Signing Ceremony in the presence of Dr. Sonny N. De Guzman, MCC President held on May 6, 2026.

This remarkable achievement is made possible through the strong and continuous support of the Local Government of Mabalacat, led by Mayor Geld Aquino and Vice Mayor Jun Castro, and through the dynamic leadership of College President Sonny N. De Guzman. It is further strengthened by the proactive initiatives of the Office of External Affairs, under the leadership of Vice President Jennyfer N. Merza, alongside the invaluable contributions of the Office of Research and Extension Services, headed by Vice President Glen S. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗣𝗶𝗼𝘁𝗿 𝗭𝗱𝘂𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗰𝘇 𝗼𝗳 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗜𝗜 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝗮ł𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗮, together with Mabalacat City College representatives, spent Day 4 experiencing the rich culture and heritage of Pampanga. The day began with visits to the historic 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵, a powerful symbol of faith and resilience and the beautifully detailed 𝗦𝘁. 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵, known for its stunning interiors and artistic craftsmanship.

They then enjoyed a taste of 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲 at 𝘼𝙥𝙖𝙜 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙚, where local delicacies such as 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙪 and 𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙚 were introduced, offering a unique and memorable culinary experience.

The day wrapped up with a visit to the 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 and the 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀, along with a stop at 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀, giving the group a deeper appreciation of Kapampangan history, creativity, and local flavors.

Day 3 featured a significant 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐲 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭 to the 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐲 of 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚,
where Dr. Piotr Zdunkiewicz of John Paul II University in Biała Podlaska, together with Mabalacat City College officials, engaged in meaningful dialogue to further strengthen academic and cultural linkages between Poland and the Philippines.

Day 2 featured an engaging cultural exchange led by Dr. Piotr Zdunkiewicz of John Paul II University, Biala, Poland who introduced European dances to students from the Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) program, alongside faculty members and staff of the Institute of Teacher Education (ITE)

In return, BPED students shared Filipino folk dances, creating a meaningful exchange of traditions and strengthening internationalization through shared learning and cultural appreciation.
