The school conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Process Flow Orientation on Lesson Plan Review on June 24, 2026, led by School Head Divina Gracia D. Dizon and Master Teacher II Erwin F. Sebastian. The activity gathered Grade Leaders and Learning Area Coordinators to discuss and enhance the existing processes involved in lesson planning. Through collaborative discussions, participants shared insights, experiences, and best practices related to lesson plan preparation and review.

The activity aimed to provide a clear understanding of the lesson plan review process and establish a standardized procedure for evaluating lesson plans. Participants examined the process flow, identified areas for improvement, and discussed strategies to ensure that lesson plans are aligned with curriculum standards, learning competencies, learner needs, and the principles of the ILAW Framework. The discussion emphasized the importance of integrating ILAW-aligned instructional practices into lesson planning to promote meaningful, inclusive, and learner-centered teaching. Furthermore, the session highlighted the significance of quality assurance, consistency, and continuous professional growth among teachers in delivering effective and responsive instruction.

As a result of the activity, participants gained a deeper understanding of their roles and responsibilities in the lesson plan review process. Recommendations and agreements were generated to further strengthen instructional planning and monitoring practices within the school. The FGD successfully fostered collaboration and commitment among educational leaders, contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning delivery.
