Santos Ventura Elementary School conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Planning and Utilization of the School Innovation and Improvement Fund on August 20, 2026, via Google Meet.

The activity provided a meaningful space for school personnel to share ideas, discuss priorities, and plan the effective use of resources to support school innovation, improvement initiatives, and better learning experiences for our learners. 🏫✨

SUSPENDIDO ANG FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES, ALL LEVELS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 131 ng Office of the President, inanunsyo ni Mabalacat City Mayor Atty. Geld Aquino ang pagpapatupad ng Alternative Work Arrangements sa mga tanggapan ng Mabalacat City LGU bukas, Thursday, August 20, 2026.

Habang Alternative Learning Modes naman ang ipatutupad sa mga paaralan sa lungsod upang maipagpatuloy ang pag-aaral ng mga estudyante.

💻📱💬 Online Komustahan with Learners Amid Class Suspension 🌧️☔

On August 19, 2026, Santos Ventura Elementary School conducted an Online Komustahan with learners to check on their well-being amid the suspension of classes due to heavy rains. Teachers reached out to learners through their respective online communication channels to ensure that everyone was safe and well.

The activity aimed to monitor the learners’ physical and emotional wellness, strengthen communication between teachers and learners, and remind them to prioritize their safety during the inclement weather. It also provided an opportunity for teachers to listen to the learners’ concerns and offer encouragement and support while classes were suspended.

Through the online kamustahan, teachers were able to check on the learners’ conditions and maintain connection despite the temporary interruption of face-to-face classes. The school will continue to monitor learners’ well-being, provide necessary support, and keep communication lines open as everyone looks forward to the safe resumption of classes.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 129, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 19, 2026:

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 128, ipatutupad ang Alternative Work Arrangements sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa Pampanga bukas, Agosto 18, 2026, bunsod ng patuloy na masamang lagay ng panahon.

Samantala, ipatutupad naman ang Alternative Learning Modes sa mga paaralan upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral habang nagpapatuloy ang kanilang pag-aaral.

Kabilang sa mga sakop ng kautusan ang NCR, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Laguna, at Occidental Mindoro.
